Experience typical Argentine cuisine during a fun, relaxed evening with Chef Cristina.  Gather in the winery with Cristina as she prepares unique and subtly harmonious dishes with typical regional products.  

Classes last about 2.5 hours and can be taken in small groups. You’ll learn to prepare typical regional dishes with techniques you can use when you return home – dishes like ‘mendocina empanadas’ in a clay oven, grilled beef and vegetables over an open fire and fresh chimichurri sauce with an Arauco olive oil base from the Finca itself. And of course, our Finca Adalgisa Malbec is at the centre of the evening.
