Terms and Conditions

DEPOSIT GUARANTEE 

To confirm and secure the reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total stay is required at the time of booking.

The remaining 50% balance will be charged 31 days prior to the arrival date, at which point the reservation will be fully confirmed.

TAXES

Foreign tourists are exempt from VAT (21%) upon validation of their foreign citizenship by presenting a valid passport.
Argentine citizens and residents are subject to 21% VAT.

ARRIVAL TIME

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
The reception closes at 9:00 PM. If you plan to arrive later, please inform us in advance so we can coordinate your welcome.
Kindly provide us with your estimated arrival time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• The 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival, no-shows, or early departures will result in a charge of 100% of the total stay.
• All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to: 📧 reservas@fincaadalgisa.com
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

• Daily breakfast throughout your stay
• One glass of wine on our winery terrace, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, no reservation required
