Cristina welcomes you into our small, cozy winery kitchen for an evening of fire-cooking  with handmade empanadas, fresh chimichurri, and a 450g+ Argentinian ribeye steak cooked slowly over wood fire.


Guests help as much as they want, or simply watch while enjoying Finca Adalgisa and Familia Furlotti wines, small bites, and Cristina’s stories and technique.
