Finca Adalgisa, a small rural paradise situated amongst an old Malbec vineyard, is at the heart of Mendoza’s Wine Route. Our property has 11 rooms and a small winery.
Discover Mendoza’s traditions at Finca Adalgisa Winery. Our story dates back to the 20th Century – today, we’re surrounded by Malbec grapes that were planted in 1916. Back then, Chacras de Coria was a small town of summer homes and little farms. Our family was founded by two families of Italian immigrants, the Morettis and the Furlottis. We have always played an active role in local communities. We have been living here on this property for four generations blending Mendoza tradition with Italian heritage.
We are also very proud of our wine, which we produce from these same vines in the small winery right here on the property. Each year, we produce about 5000 bottles of Finca Adalgisa Malbec. The wine is offered exclusively to our hotel guests – we are not open for visitors or tourism. We are very pleased to share it with you.
In 2002, the Finca was converted into a hotel in an effort to preserve the traditional Malbec vineyard. Due to a recent construction boom, small local farms were giving way to luxury residential developments. We’re proud that Finca Adalgisa continues to produce excellent Malbec to this day and that we have maintained the rich character of this unique place.
As our guest, you’re helping us preserve local history. We are so glad you’re here!
