Cristina welcomes you into our small, cozy winery kitchen for an evening of fire cooking, with handmade empanadas, fresh chimichurri, and an Argentine ribeye slowly cooked over wood fire.
Guests observe, ask questions, and join in if they wish — or simply enjoy the moment with a glass of Finca Adalgisa or Familia Furlotti wine.
The Shared Table
The evening ends around the table — guests, wine, and everything Cristina just cooked over wood fire. Empanadas, chimichurri, a slow-grilled Argentine ribeye. No rush, no formality. Just the kind of meal you remember long after leaving Mendoza — shared with people you didn't know at the start of the evening.
