Wine Evenings & Tastings at Our Vineyard in Mendoza

The Winery Lounge

A room that opens onto the vineyard. White sofas, tiled floors, wooden beams, and floor-to-ceiling windows looking straight into the Malbec vines. Open every day from 6 to 11 pm — for guests who want a glass of wine before dinner, or an evening that simply doesn't rush.

This is not a restaurant. There are no reservations, no set menus, no formal service. It is closer to a living room than a dining room — the kind of place where the wine arrives, the conversation starts, and the time disappears.

The Finca Adalgisa Malbec comes from our own vineyard, just outside these windows. Alongside it, wines from Familia Furlotti, our family winery in Luján de Cuyo.

Our wines, poured where they were made.

A Glass of Wine Among the Vines

Tapas & Wine Evenings

Every evening from 6 pm, we serve fresh, homemade tapas alongside our wines — regional cheeses, artisanal cold cuts, crisp salads, and small seasonal plates. We also serve our Argentine lomito, Argentina's answer to the classic sandwich and a staple at any traditional bar or restaurant.

Everything is made with seasonal ingredients from small local producers. Simple, honest, and designed to accompany a glass of wine — not to replace dinner.

Argentine Asado Experience

On selected evenings, we host a true Argentine asado — a slow-cooked, wood-fired tradition at the heart of life in Argentina. This is not a restaurant barbecue; it is the same ritual we share every weekend in our own homes, by the river, in the countryside, or around a backyard fire.

We cook Argentine beef over wood embers: entraña (skirt steak), vacío (flank steak), chorizos (Argentine sausages) and morcillas (blood sausages), together with seasonal vegetables roasted slowly by the fire. Everything is served at a long communal table overlooking the vineyard.

An asado is more than a meal: it is Argentina's most authentic way of gathering. Families, friends, workers, and travelers all share the same fire, the same rhythm, the same warmth.

At Finca Adalgisa, this is that experience: simplicity, conversation, local wine, and the feeling of being welcomed into an Argentine home.
